Welcome to my channel, in this week’s yoga class I’ll get you ready for a great night’s rest with this simple 10 minute yoga stretch. This is a full body yoga class suitable for beginners and no props are required. I would recommend doing this in the evening or right before going to bed. Take a few minutes to stretch out your muscles and relax your body and mind. Yoga doesn’t have to be complicated to be effective.
